Looking for the right individual to help lead our crew of eight, consisting of three deck crew on an excursion based charter yacht with heavy bookings and consistent repeat clientele. Well established program with over a decade of Alaska chartering under her belt. Alaska Summers, California/Costa Rica Winters.

Plenty of drive time being offered to ensure mate can step in should it be necessary. Heavily fishing orientated, via both rod/reel and on the spear. Pay DOE.
