Seeking a Captain/Engineer for a Private FF 100 ft Motor Yacht based in the Bahamas from November until July and South Florida July-November. Minimum 200-ton license, 3 + years on a vessel over 75ft as Captain. Must have solid engineering skills, be good at troubleshooting and capable of maintaining the yachts systems. Mate, Stew and Chef are already in place (Chef and Mate onboard for 2 years and stew for 1 year).

This yacht spends a lot of time on the dock and trips are very low key with heavy emphasis on food and high-quality service. We are looking for a very hands-on Captain/Engineer. As a small crew, we all help out where needed and when needed. Yacht is used about 2 weeks per month from December until July and a big family trip over new years at Harbour island with a villa rental. Schedule is balanced. Usually with 10-12 days between the trips. Spring break we sometimes do two weeks in a row with two seperate families. Florida time is used for maintenance and crew vacation.

The owners are absolutely lovely and have owned boats for many years. Fishing experience is a huge plus as the owner loves to fish. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to slow down a bit
