Looking for a team player to join our energetic crew, someone who is passionate about their job and who has pride in the boat they work on. Watersports experience a plus.

Permanent position, deckhands are on 5:1 rotation. Longevity and hard work rewarded with additional leave and salary reviews on an annual basis.

Caribbean cruising this winter, shipyard in the spring, then Pacific summer 2024.

Candidates must have B1/B2 visa or otherwise legal to work in the USA.

Male only due to cabin arrangements.
