Seeking a temporary Head Chef for 55m/180ft Feadship from as soon as possible to 3rd January 2024 to include a Christmas and New Year Charter. High possibility to extend contract to a flexible rotation position.

• Experience on yachts of a similar size or above and flexible attitude.

• Confident, knowledgeable, have a passion for good food, and excel in cooking a variety of culinary styles particularly Italian/American, fish knowledge is important. Fancy decorative food is not required but excellent tasting, knowledgeable and passion for good food.

• During this period, yacht will be cruising the Caribbean, so good knowledge and experience of the area is useful.

*Working alongside a crew/sous chef, who is exceptionally easy to work with and has been onboard over 8 years. We have a lovely crew, all very down to earth and active so looking for someone like minded.

• Salary above industry standard for experienced candidate and great benefits.

• Contract is flexible length, the vessel already has a head chef on a 6 month contract, there is therefore a possibility after this contract to have a flexible working pattern if the candidate fits to the owner.

• Must be American or currently in America.
