Position: Engineer - Rotation 10 weeks on/off - SHARED CABIN
Current Engineer on for 6 years and x-engineer on for 4+.

Requirements:

ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical,
B1/B2 visa (min. 1 year) Schengen if needed.
Passport (min. 1 year)
Additional requirements: An engineering trade background - PDSD, MTU4000 course bonus/experience, Cat gens. experience, 350 Yamahas, wave-runner maintenance. AV/IT skills necessary, good knowledge VSAT and TVRO. General knowledge of Crestron and Starlink
Responsibilities: Engineer will be given as much responsibility as he is willing to take on. This is not an entry Y3 position as it is a very busy yacht and there is only one engineer.
Good Engine room management. Ability to see the big picture and triage jobs as needed. Neat and organized, able to manage inventory effectively. Must keep accurate records. Mechanical and electrical maintenance of a 42-foot center console fishing boat, triple 400 Mercury engines.
Other: Sober and positive habits. Good attitude, crew friendly, able to communicate well with Captain, crew and owners. Fishing/spearfishing a plus.
Job Specifics: Rotational Engineer 10:10 with some flexibility depending on guests stay. Shared cabin.
Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience.
Package: Medical coverage, flights to and from the vessel, etc. to be finalized during interview process.
Commercial Registered Yacht: No privately registered.
