Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptional and experienced Second Engineer with yachting experience on 50m+ yachts to join this well established and high profile busy 70m+ Private/Charter MY.

This could be a good opportunity for a recently qualified second engineer.

Our ideal candidate is a knowledgeable person, great communicator and passionate about their job.

This is a busy dual season MY which is heavily charter focused with a small amount of private use.

Job Title: Second Engineer.

Contract: Permanent, 42 days leave + weekends

Yacht: Private 70m+ MY private/charter

Starting date: Early December

About the program: Dual Season MED/CARIB

Required Documents/Certificates: STCW, ENG1, B1B2 (Or U.S Citizen/Passport holder). 2/E (M/N) III/3 or III/3 (Y3). Also attended an approved engine manufacturer’s course appropriate to the engine type and power range (3516 Caterpillar).

Requirements for application: Yachting experience. Will also consider newly qualified.

Salary: Above industry standard with good tips. Salary to be discussed at interview stage based on prior experience.
