Itinerary: US, Bahamas, Caribbean
License Required: Culinary trained chef diploma.
FEMALE OR MALE CANDIDATES ACCEPTED
Requirements:
Valid STCW + Refresher
ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for min. 6 months)
VISA: B1/B2 visa
Requirements:
Proven experience in culinary arts, catering to guests, or high-end restaurant settings.
Impeccable cleanliness and organization in the galley.
Proficient provisioning and food storage capabilities.
Possess an easy-going and relaxed demeanour.
Skill in crafting well-thought-out menus for guests and providing nutritious meals for the crew.
Additional Details:
Primary responsibility: Preparing meals for both guests and crew.
Position: Sole Chef
Salary: Commensurate with yachting industry standards, based on your experience.
